- Battery safety: overcharge, short circuit, and high temperature tests to ensure that lithium batteries/button batteries have no risk of explosion.
- Temperature rise test: the shell temperature during operation shall not exceed the limit (such as metal parts ≤ 55℃).
4. Additional testing of special functions
- Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC): the radiation value of the Bluetooth/Wi-Fi module must meet the safety threshold.
- Sound and light safety: volume ≤ 85dB (to avoid hearing damage); light source brightness must be limited.
- Combustion performance (GB6675.3): flame retardancy test of shell plastic/textile materials.
II. Certification process and material preparation
1. Sample requirements
- Provide 3 sets of complete finished products (including packaging, accessories and instructions).
- Key components are sent for inspection separately (such as circuit boards, batteries).
2. Technical documents
- Circuit design diagram, material composition table (including chemical substance list).
- Product instructions (clearly specify applicable age, warning signs).
